Beachbody on Demand: Workouts on Demand
I did a challenge for December where I promised myself I would work out every day in December (except Christmas day – let’s be real) and I’ve been loving Beachbody on Demand. (This is a pic of my cheering section watching me do workouts from the 3 Week Yoga Retreat).
Being able to take them with me made it so easy to fit workouts into my schedule and I love the variety of exercises on the website. Plus, they add new things all the time. Starting 12/27, BB is rolling out a challenge pack for Beachbody on Demand that includes:

Free Yoga for 30 days?
Say what? I’ve really been focusing on getting back into my yoga routine since my injury and it’s been a slow road. I came across the 3 Week Yoga bootcamp on the Beachbody on Demand website and I loved it. It was a great way to ease me back into my yoga practice.
