Calling all Superheros!

I’m so excited about my family’s community service project to earn our black belts! We created a fun children’s book called Superhero Kick Team: Pencils Down about a team of third graders who use their taekwondo superpowers to navigate school, bullies, annoying older sisters and supervillains. The proceeds go to the JK Lee City Youth Martial Arts Program, which brings martial arts to families in in underserved low income neighborhoods. We had so much fun making it and we’re so excited to support the City Youth program. Say what? I’ve really been focusing on getting back into my yoga routine since my injury and it’s been a slow road. I came across the 3 Week Yoga bootcamp on the Beachbody on Demand website and I loved it. It was a great way to ease me back into my yoga practice. It’s clear instructions break down all of the poses and I loved that I could do it in my house instead of in front of a group. If you are curious about yoga, this is perfect for you.
